OK I'm a trader. SOES... SelectNet... Island... and whatever else.If everyone is selling and no one's buying, who's going to provide liquidity. Who's going to buy what your selling and what is the incentive for doing so. Yes, those incentives should be kept to a minimum so as not to hurt the investor, but it's a good trade off.
