Sorry it took so long to response, I have been traveling. To answer your question, I was the person, not HUTTOE that brought the SEXI dental software to the USA. I was the person that hooked them up with NDC in ATLANTA. For my work I was to receive a finders fee. Of cours e they stiffed me and I ultimately had to sue them. After $ 20k in legal fees I receive a little cash and many shares (restricted). I have piggyback rights and have the right to register them myself of which I tried and they really hosed me good. To make a long story short, I am looking for anyone that has bought private placement stock in early 1996 and has been told that it would be registered after six months. I may have found someone but need more info. I have also filed a formal complaint with the SEC. Please let me know if you been of help.
