James, on the Nasdaq web site (www.nasdaq.com) you'll find a proposal for the new "Integrated Order Delivery and Execution System" There are various new rules being proposed. The main one I would guess from the proposal (have not read the whole thing yet,it's around 40 pp.) is that all orders placed on any system would be viewed by everyone and available to anyone no matter the system,hence Integrated. I have no clue as to how that will affect the current systems and their rules of trading. Maybe I'm reading into it more than what it really is. I'm not sure. FDA
