IBM and CPQ were both good picks. Did you buy them before or after they got new leaders (Gestner & Pfizer; please excuse my spelling). They were the ones who brought vision to the companys and rewards for the investors. I used to work for Compaq when Canon ran it and his way is totally different from Pfizer's. The street likes Pfizer's way a lot better. Are you betting that NOVL's management will turn things around (not likely) or are you betting that NOVL's management is at least intelligent enough to know that they have a problem and that they will hire a superstar for a leader.
