horrible had happened (we were getting there).

Another issue concerning WCII versus TGNT is how many
broadband carriers can the business market support? I
assume that WCII has signed up a lot of choice business
customers, and the pickings may get progressively
less attractive for the second and third market
participants (such as TGNT and ARTT).
