News Alert from Dow Jones Online News
Topic: (NASDAQ:ATXI) Atrix Intl Inc, (BB:FAMH) Firamada Inc,
Headline: Atrix Says It Meets Nasdaq Requirements, Despite Firamada Comments

======================================================================
MINNEAPOLIS -(Dow Jones)- Atrix International Inc. Friday said it
meets or exceeds all Nasdaq listing requirements, "despite recent
comments by principals of Firamada Inc."
Firmada (FAMH) had said it still plans to proceed with its merger
with Atrix, even though Atrix (ATXI) has been unable to meet Nasdaq's
minimum fiscal requirements for maintaining a listed status.
Earlier this month, Atrix and Firamada signed a letter of intent to
merge in a stock swap. Terms weren't released.
Firamada provides corporate staffing services. Atrix manufactures
remote metering and production monitoring hardware for the copy control
and plastic injection molding industries.
Atrix's stock has dropped since April 1, when it closed at $3. On
Friday, Atrix's stock closed at $1.688.
