Janice,

Research has shown that insects, with specific reference to bees, wasps, hornets, yellow-jackets, and mosquitoes, shun cigarette-smokers, and such has been my experience. Mosquitoes pretty much leave me alone. I was stung by a bee (I believe it was) only once in my life. This occurred while I was mowing a lawn I used to have. I was not smoking at the time. I subsequently attached an ashtray to my lawnmower and it never happened again. I think this is significant, don't you?
