Peter
The complete ADRs list is available at bankofny.com which I already mentioned in my first response to Jethro. The list is easy to get, the hard part is what to do with it.
I am interested in your area of specialty (foreign closed funds) and want to learn more. May be we can learn from each other in a private forum. You see that in arbitration you are risking large capital for small gain, but the success rate is over 90% and the more volatile the market the better. It is far better than picking stocks. If too many people is doing what I am doing and follow the same stocks, the spread will get smaller.
I am planning to develop tools to spot arbitration opportunities like the professional arbitrator and trade in an automatic fashion.
