Mr. Miller, I think the price will break $12 once we hear that Nasdaq smallcap is of certainty. DGIV just have to get out of bb, then they'll get the attention of those who bought into Broadcom Corp's IPO last Friday. Anything "INTERNET" is going to attract attention. IMHO Michael
