Another way to follow what is going on at a company like FNTN is to keep track of its public service commission dockets for telcos. Technically, for some of the services FNTN provides, it is classified as a interexchange carrier. For example, notice the following links:

www2.scri.net
fcc.gov

These type of filings often take quite a while to become public on the internet, but are a matter of public record in local area archives. From what I have seen, FNTN has had some very positive appearing filings to provide services to and from a number of disperse geographical areas.
