I took the trouble to read the one I received (slow nite) and it basically says the suits will be resolved by Amati's paying no more than 250K to attorney's representing those who filed (3 in all). Amati and TI provided sufficient documentation to convince the litigants that their suits would not be easily won. Summary: trash was the appropriate receptacle.

P.S. I see that Amati Investors never die, they just trade, trade away.
