Ran across a tidbit in an Economist article this week about the efforts of observing the heavens and celestial bodies via large antennas. It seems that I*'s frequencies are perilously close to the frequency that some kind of element in the heavens gives off, and that I* has agreed with the body in charge of listening to this space noise, that they will limit their usage of the frequency during some period in the middle of the night to allow the space listeners a clearer sky. Has this been factored into the I* capacity as far as anyone knows? Also noticed that I* has been allocated it's own "country code" making it a virtual country in orbit.
Cheers,
Thomas
