I just wanted to get clarification on one of your comments: you mention the increase of authorized shares could be used as tool in performing a reverse split. If the co. was to do a reverse split, they wouldn't need any more shares, would they? I'm a little confused by your thoughts there.
I agree with most of your other points. I'm not as worried about the co-CEO's salaries as some who post here. For the size of the co. and the industry they're in, the salaries don't seem overboard. Of course, this is not to say that I wouldn't like to see their compensation be tied to the stock performance ala Monsanto.
I've brought up the point about the co. only owning foreign distribution rights on Pinocchio here so many times here, my head is spinning. There was way too much emphasis on discussing the movie here in relation to the co.'s interest. I'm w/ you in that other projects in the stream are more meaningful at this point.
There is abosolutely no way I support the increase in number of authorized shares at this point, as it's totally ridiculous to do financing in that manner, not to mention that it is a total disregard of the current shareholders' rights w/ the stock price being as low as it is right now. I am encouraging all to vote no on any proposal that will dilute our investment. I am also asking all to call the co. to voice their dissatisfaction as to mgmt.'s proposals in this area.
As far as this investor goes, I wouldn't mind having a long-term interest in the co. as long as it continues to grow and become more profitable.
