LOOK FOR NSCP TO POP TODAY!!!!! READ READ READ

After the blazing run the past week Internet stocks drop today on profit taking led by the navigation stocks. We expect a pause for
now as more earnings are released and therefore something more to value these on than great expectations. Of the group,
however, we believe Netscape (NASDAQ:NSCP - news) may be severely undervalued. While we estimate its web site may be
worth $700 million we are revising that estimate to the $1.5 billion range.

Why? relative valuation is one factor. If Excite, Lycos and Infoseek are $1 billion plus market cap, Netscape -- which has a far
better brand recognition than any of them, more Web users and more traffic -- and a browser share at 50% feeding its Web
content and directory service, then it seems to us that it ought to command a slight premium at least to these lesser knowns.
