This of course will depend on whether this is the peak equity market, which I think it is, or the coming correction is another consolidation before another upmove.

This would be similar to October, 97.

The panic sell-off from October 97 thru December 8th was about as vertical as it gets and tells me we hit bottom with the Death of Gold story in January.
