I really think shorting Iomega around the mid 7's is a pretty stupid move. You would have to figure that most of the bad news is already factored into the current price. Earnings are over and the company has made projections for the next three quarters. Needless to say, with any positive news are positive earnings surprises, Iomega could rebound nicely. I just don't see why one would take a short position at such low levels, especially when Iomega seems to have found its bottom. At the very least, it'll be dead money for quite some time. If the market behaves, wouldn't be surprised to see a trading range between $7-$9.
