Allen,

"By the way, Ramsey, it is nice to see your rekindled interest in the thread. In the light of all that has happened over the last couple years, do you still think QCOM will exhibit less volatility than WIND? (In your wildest dreams, did you ever expect to see QCOM's P/E dip below 30 in your lifetime?)"

I have never lost interest in this thread nor the stock. Without the tech background, I have little to contribute other than asking questions from a layman's perspective.

Take a look at WIND and QCOM charts. You will find two lack luster performers with equal volatility during the past 12 months. They both had their moments of glory but retreated for different reasons. I am not sure who won our volatility contest. If you use 52 wk high low, I won, since WIND closed at a low of 19 5/8 on April 21, 1997 vs a high of 47 something.

By the way, are you still in QCOM? Would appreciate your recent outlook.

Ramsey
