I read it. Will read it again. Could you summarize at all? If I read that correctly the price can continue to be driven below 2.00 and they will profit even more. Only cap being can not end of with more than 4.9% of shares of Com. If they could maintain the current price for 20 trading days $1.90 for instance, then they can redeem for shares at 1.90 x .80= $1.52. Correct??? Given the following scenario, is there a next for me/us? First reaction is that I could get out and come back in a few weeks later with little change in price. I have several Penny Stocks flying and could probably recover everything I have lost. Thanks for the info. Nice to know someone is still out there. Where do you see this stock going? Robert
