Doc: I must disagree. Only a company that is authorized to issue 100 million shares may do so. A company that is authorized to issue no more than 50 million shares may not issue 100 million. So my fundamental question remains pertinent: ===================================================== How many shares is Digital River authorized to issue? ===================================================== I ask this question in earnest. I want to assess the outer limit of any dilution. I have been unable to access www.digitalriver.com on any of the past three days. If anyone knows the answer, I would be grateful to see it.
