Institutions buy in in herds. Stock is not thinly traded if you
can get a 1/16 spread most any time of the day. There is low institutional ownership, but not too low. Still lots of room for funds to buy and consider themselves "mavericks".
Its time will come. The performance of the company will determine the duration of a better stock performance, in a stagnant situation I believe we would be at the lower end of a wide trading range.
