Anyone have this type of problem with Etrade.

I put an order in the the phone trade system to sell
3000 shares of a stock at $2.00 later the same day I was
given a phone message saying Sell was executed OK at $2.00.
I was confirmed out and feeling OK.

2 days later checking my account online I found that I now
had 6000 shares of this stock! Etrade had executed a BUY
for 3000 shares rather than the entered/confirmed SELL
for the 3000 shares. In the meantime the stock went down to 1 1/2.
A $3000. LOSS.

I contacted Etrade Customer Service and they said it could
NOT have been their automated systems fault could only have
been an input phone error on my part!? I have over 30 trades here
was definetly not my mistake. My word against theirs???
Any advice here.

Doug
