JP, Don't nitpick! The theory is still the same! Let's say he gets it for 10%, that is still 5% on somebody elses money! I'll tell you what, you lend me 500 mln at 10%, I'll make 15% and gladly pay you your 10%. You would be happy, and I would make 5% of 500 mln. Let's see, that is 25 mln a year on your money!
