Have you seen their news release? I tried to replicate their calculations, which claims 176 million tons grading 0.64% with a waste ratio of 2:1. Since the property is 5 sq. km, with widths of "tens of meters to over 100 metres," they estimated 750 million pounds. Assuming a specific gravity of their ground at 3, I confirmed 750 million pounds. I talked to someone at their office yesterday and they are coming out with a valuation report which will show net present value of $4.50 per share effective today.
