John, re: columns, if the source document you are trying to paste is already a table, all you have to do is choose "fixed font" before you select "submit" at the bottom ot the SI editor window. Beyond that, if you use "tab" rather than a space or series of spaces to place distance between two columns of text in a document that you are typing, that should be recognized as well. If there is something else that I'm missing in your question, please elaborate and I will do what I can to help! (a small price to pay for your considerable efforts here) Hubert
