Perhaps someone could help me understand how current FTEL stockholders are affected by the spin off announcement. Do we own some part of the new independent company? If so, how is that? If not, have we just seen a part of our FTEL corporate holdings diminished by the spin off? I'm really in the dark and don't understand what just happened. I held PMI when it spun off Tupperware and got some Tupperware shares as my part of the action. Since there has been no IPO for FNET I don't understand how things are to work in this instance. Help?????
