David, To me there is one very significant phrase from an FTEL point of view. (emphasis mine)

"Franklin Telecom (OTC:FTEL) today announced that it is spinning off its Internet Telephony subsidiary FNet Corp. as an independent operation. "

Note they say that they say the subsidiary is going to become an independent operation. This in means its books are truely seperate. This means that all DVGs for the initial FNET rollout will book against FTEL.

Previously this was purely an accounting issue now that FNET is a seperate operation it is true bookable revenues. It is also a step down the path laid out for FNET.
