Mike: On the contrary, this news reveals that the company is moving forward toward the IPO. It reveals that the management adjustments have been made and this clears the air for many who were wondering just who would be heading up the new company. As Frank Peters mentioned at the AGM, this selection came from outside of the company. I suspect that Raleigh and others are now hard at work researching the credentials of this man. He seems to have his finger on the pulse already, stressing the vertical integration of FTEL and FNET, and the tremendous opportunity afforded by WCOM's sites. Lee
