RE: ADPT & SMOD

I don't know anything about SMOD. Just looked at their profile on Yahoo. I life a couple of miles from them. I will them on my watch list.

ADPT: My near term concern is growth. This is what gives me pause. On the desktop DMA33 makes SCSI not worth the price. I have a few 2940UW cards in my computers, but will not purchase more.

ADPTs future as I see is on the very high end which I think they can do very well in. I have not bought yet because I don't have a clear feel of how the are repositioning themselves. I have not yet done all my homework on them. I was tempted on Friday, but need more time to review my thoughts and the 10-q/k reports. My guess is that they will move to the 25 range over the next couple of months.
