Rick: First ket me say that based on your being on board I'll probablydouble up next week. Based on the 10-k (Search SEC and Edgar on NET then type in cistron and a list of reports will come out) I bought about 6000 dollars worth and I'll probably plunk down another 5. Some Caveats I see the 10 K says 27 million as of June 96 but someone on this board said there are 40 million. They may have sold more stock to finance the operation and pay some lawyers over the last 5 months. The present value of th 21 million is 18 million so use that number when valuing the company. Some Pro's Marketting was done acc the 10k buy the pres. Who as we all know did not take a pay check. So just the fact that sales were >0 is impresive. The 10-k is chock full of projects. I don't belive IMNX rolled over as much as I believe that they turned sort of "states evidence". CIST let them off "easy" so that CIST would have a quick closure and uncontested establishment of patents . As Harry says. Cistron has the power to be a "Premier Biotech comp." We few who are actually following these developments I believe have the investment opportunity of a lifetime. Yes, this may be a penny stock today but if Rick's words ring true, I see bio-tech knowledgeable people slowly accumulatng this stock. I also see some hypsters picking this one up. How long till the WACO kid picks this baby up. The company has solid technologies and solid financials. And management that has steered this company through the darkest of storms into the brightest of days. WHAT A COMBINATON.....
