After trying to install PC GURU twice, I finally succeeded. I received errors every time I tried to install it within a directory other than the designated directory C:\Program Files\MediaX\PC GURU. It immediately changed my desktop settings to a 640 X 480 pixels then with two errors that popped up it finally began to run. Once it did run it appeared to be an impressive program that many would find useful. I will try it out on a couple of computer novices within a few minutes to see their impression. (My wife and my grandson)
