George, Thanks again. You are absolutely right. I am going to try to reach the editor of Barrons tomorrow, but I don't expect much success. . I do indeed think it possible that we have a case here of blatant stock manipulation involving Mr. Sturza and Mr. Abelson,( why did the stock fall on friday? did someone other than Sturza and Barrons know the article was coming?damn right they did, IMO, who leaked?) but more important the article is a real disservice to their readers IMO This article was written to appeal to the emotions, generate "FEAR", SELL and than want to shoot yourself when you realize it was all lies.
Abelsons article on NVX a few months ago actually had little effect on the stock. This article is even more imbacilic, makes statements that are just outright lies, and then he just quotes Sturza and often says he doesn't know what any of this means. Top that with what you have pointed out and Barrons looks like a supermarket tabloid.
Why don't they do more articles in which they interview the likes of a Peter Lynch and other reputable individuals. I just don't see how the same editor passes on some of the trash that Abelson has been writing of late. He is a has been IMO.Does Barrons really think their readers are that stupid? That they would get anything of value out of reading the article? It is an insult, IMO. Do they have to let him hang around till he suffers the same fate as Dorfman? This guy has done real harm to their subscriber base IMO; the Motley Fools , whom I consider the deciples of "integrity in jounalism" have an enormous following will attest to that I am sure.
My input is that the institutions won't be parting with any shares tomorrow nor will any investor who has done his home work.
If you couldn't tell I am becoming about as intense as Sturza must be. The difference is I am here for an honorable reason: To convey the truth.
Now, in an earlier post someone said they really liked Sturza and that he was really intelligent. Well, unfortunately , intelligence and honesty and integrity don't always go hand in hand and the issue here is about the latter two. Sound familiar?
In my next post I am going to pick apart Mr Abelsons article piece by piece just to illustrate just how blatantly pitiful it is and because I have to send it off to some other publications, ( via e-mail).Maybe someone at Barrons will read it, or someone with more influence than I will convey it to them. When you have read what I have written just ask yourself , what drove Mr Abelson to write the article? . That is what I am going to try to find out. I hope I can bring it to the attention of those who may want to know the answer to that question more than I do.
If Barrons believes in what I am calling "Integrity in Jounalism" they will publicly apologize to North American Vaccine over the Dow Jones news wire tomorrow or soon there after. |
