I was thinking the same thing. Whats good for MCI is undoubtedly good for Nextwave. This may be the impetus that Nextwave needed to get the IPO out the door. I think QCOM will get several points rise out of the Nextwave IPO launch, the magnitude of the rise being tied to the level of Nextwave's opening day rise.
