Hi Ward. TA works extremely well on non-event driven, and non-speculative stocks. I will take your word for it that you can make it work for Pyng as well. However, the fact of the matter is;

a) people are getting nervous in a very overpriced market
b) they are reducing spec stocks in their portfolio and moving to blue chippers
c) the non-educated quick "flipper" has decided to bail with a $1.00 loss.

All these things are directly related to Pyngs present value. Because spec stocks are so heavily event driven, I can foresee that on any one day, with the right release, Pyng would blow TA fundamentals out of the water. Until that day arrives, normal migration downward can be predicted. The interesting thing about event driven stocks is no one knows when the next "event" is going to happen!
I, personally, do not see a $3.00 Pyng, (barring Japan problems) I expect buying to come in at anything around $3.85 and appropriate releases to continue to stimulate this stock.
