Do we own some part of the new independent company? YES
If so, how is that? remeber at this point in time i believe Franklin owns aprox. 68% of FNet

I believe not at this time. But keep in mind that any announcements in the future will not say "Fnet a subsidiary of Franklin" I will be curious to see if Franklin as a company will be able to pull as much juice off of future announcements. The real positive side is what Martin eluded to. All FNet orders are no longer tracked as in house transfers. They will all be booked sales. You do the math 5 years 500 cities how many DVGs will that contract be for and for how much. hmmmmm and we still own 68% of the other.
