Apparently you are don't have long term
knowledge of ITWO or have not studied
enough. Which is OK.

ITWO is overvalued. That's fairly obvious.
It's overvalued at 50 even. But it won't
drop down to a "reasonable/fair" level due
to the way the stock purchase and holdings
are structured.

However, there is enough outstanding to impact
the stock price a little. And that will happen
by Friday. $65 is still too high realistically.

You need to research the company. If you are
interested in it.
