The 8 million goes into CRCP's coffer to pay any bad debts it's still responsible for under Chapter 11. I know the liquidating company is still dumping assets.
How much do they owe, is anyone's guess. I assure you, CRCP even as a shell is much richer today than is was two weeks ago and someone out there thinks the same. That someone or somebody thinks it's worth at least .10 if not higher. Rumor has it we could see .25 before it is all over.
