Not sure on win 95. Win 98 has a much FASTER
starting option for your programs. For example,
say you use ie alot, win 98 will make it so ie
is not fragmented on the disk, so it will be
faster to load. Win 98 will an analyze which programs
you use a lot and make those readily available.
Gates also mentioned Intel working on a 64 bit chip!!

During Gate's talk, they tested
win 95 vs win 98 and win 95 took 6 seconds
to start ie, it took 1 to start ie with win 98.
This show seems like a msft expo when it comes down to
it. Lot of interest in msft stuff for the most part.
