Hi Paul - Here's the Micron article where polymer is mentioned for the Fall.
zdnet.com
My personal take on this development, if true:
ULBI is tied up with meeting HP/Mitsu demand and is unlikely to have additional capacity on line by this Summer, when rumored batteries would have to be manufactured.
LITH IR has told me that the initial production volumes they've planned for Fall are to satisfy the "global OEM" mentioned frequently in their press releases. I was told that LITH has stated in conf calls that this OEM is among the top five PC manufacturers. I am led to believe this OEM has a strong Asian presence, given the placement of the joint venture for laminate material in Taiwan.
I guess investors can draw their own conclusions. I'm sticking with my Valence holdings.
