Could very well be, But I'm positive it is not DGIV. For a simple reason, look what has happened to the stock price when any IT company announces nation wide service in the US. The stock goes up, and nicely. When/If DGIV begins offering service in the US, we will hear Several releases about it. I mean if ACCR and RMII took nice runs off of the offering very limited areas of service, and IDTC moved big off just the two cities at .05 news, though that move also covered the 50 cities follow up, so there was not the big move on that release, imagine what DGIV will do. I would be shocked to death if DGIV begins offering US service and this is how it was discovered, by unsolicited Email. I would certainly expect to find out via Dow wire, Reuters or even IBD, but not through spam.
