Dave, I sent you my e-mail address in a private message on this thread. Please let me know if you didn't get it. I graduated from AOL and signed up for a new email address at usa.net (good deal).

Great news to hear that trials are starting May 15 ... I thought they were already ongoing. I suppose that there are several trials going on simultaneously with different sponsors. I wish this would be cleared up. It is also good to learn that the line of credit is not like the one at TCLN. For those not familiar with that one, the deal (reduced to a nutshell) was that the lenders got stock shares back as repayment and the lower the price was, the more stock they got so they sat on the bid and drove the $6 price down to about 50 cents. The math was such that the lenders made a fortune at the expense of the shareholders.

I used to think that all it took for the NEOT price to go up was for me to sell some of my shares. I see now that if I go away for a week or so it works just as well.

I suppose that the jump (20% today so far) is due to the announcement at the Int'l Alzheimer's Conference last week. Maybe it takes a week or so for those attending to digest the news and make the investment decision because I haven't seen anything else. It would have been thoughtful if the current shareholders could have had the announcement at least at the same time as those at the Conference. I also thought that the Press Release could have been much better in quantifying the results and more in describing in lay terms what it all MEANS and what it COULD mean and where do we go from here and what is going on now.

I always thought that the warrants were a good way to maximize the NEOT investment potential for the same money. I would be first in line to exercise my warrants and I would buy as many as I could buy first because the $11 or so dollars a warrant I would be paying the company would be worth over $22 on the market. An easy alternative for warrant holders would be to simply sell their warrants the same way they bought them, as the price would certainly reflect this math. End of 98 timing would also be just fine for me as well.

I believe that the best place for the Company to get more money is from the current shareholders, either this way with the warrants or some other stock/bond issue. The trade off from the company for the money, of course, is a demonstrated concern about 1) the stock price and 2) commitment to communicate better about the tests and the company progress so we are not in the dark. Recent price action has been a good start.
