Magruder continued, "Our management team will be well versed in what it takes to build a successful service company. While FNet is now an independent subsidiary, our relationship with Franklin Telecom allows for unparalleled vertical integration from the design and manufacture of the necessary hardware through to the deployment and management of our IP Network." Mike they are still wholly owned by Franklin. So they are still a subsidiary. IPO looks real good now to happen by, oh, well,maybe 2001.ggg This is a major step and we will look back on this in the very near future (within 6 months) as a very big 1st step for FNet
