If anything this will be seen as a positive since in the past it was Adtran's willingness to cut prices that made the analysts feel there was a chance Pairgain would loose market share. In my opinion, this way they will retain customers, as well as, regain older customers who let price be a guiding factor in making purchasing decisions.

As a reminder don't panic sell latter in the week if Zack's publishes lower numbers, since they will reflect last weeks downgrades.
