Simply because all business enterprises will not be prosecuted(due to interpretation by prosecutors), does not disprove her notion that the act of selling is now technically/potentially against the law.

Show me where the act of selling is against the law. This is a false premise. It takes more than simply selling a product to violate anti-trust laws. You know this. Yet she says that is all it takes. A falsehood. This is not a logical conclusion because it ignores the facts. Such overismplification is exactly the kind of misleading slight of hand I am talking about.

Geesh.

I have shown the error in her logic, but like all those who are religious, you simply will never see it. I don't expect to succeed in convincing you there isn't a god either-- who cares waht the facts are?

I give up. Good day.

Talking about logic with Rand followers is like teaching a pig to dance.
