Tom, It's Schwab and nobody else who's to blame. In my opinion the company is fat, bloated and arrogant. They're all over the news with earnings out the roof but they can't put money into fixing their web trading. Today I tried to buy 3300 sh. of EGNS @ 2 7/16 but the site's screwed up. Before I realized Schwab was down for the count, it made it's move. The last time I checked, it was @ bid $2.75. That's all I can take, the trade commission is one of the highest and they're never to blame, never offer any compensation, nothing. Very frustrating. JR
