Stockman, come on be realistic. I too am a Bay shareholder but in reality Cisco's yearly profit alone is probably larger than the entire market cap of Bay networks. Sales and profit are what counts ...unfortunately for myself and the other Bay shareholders,Cisco has both and Bay lags in both.
