ZZ Top,
The numbers that are reported by the tracking service are for insurance claims from the pharms to the insurers and do not include over the counter retail (cash) scrips. The reports haven't said if the numbers talked about are adjusted for non-insured business. The retail non-covered scrips are thought to be about the same as the insured number which would double the reported number. The cash customers would probably purchase fewer pills more often because of the cost.
