Art, I think this is a combination of head fake, looming reverse merger possibility (certain) and needed audited financial's. The head fake is strictly momentum. The other two won't be coming anytime soon except to NASDAQ. I believe no one but the NASDAQ reviewing body will have access to them. I'm not sure about that but I don't believe they will be afforded general access by the investment community. Just my thoughts. Kevin - Never expected more than .82 today at best on the peak. but this is something else. No surrender - gonna Make'em pay.
