As far as I can remember, ASND never admitted the overheating problem publicly (actually it was one of two serious problems, another one was dropping calls after a certain number of incoming calls made), even though some big customers came up pointing out the problem. They kept denying it flatly till they fixed the problem then admitted. A typical Mory's style.
