Hi Rick,
TVI is an extremely high risk play at this time. As to business, they make quick-erect shelters and infrared targets for the DoD. The former President is now in jail for embezzlement and putting out false information. The new management has had more problems to overcome than are even imaginable. In spite of this, TVI is trying to become a viable company again thanks to a great management team that could have easily thrown in the towel.
History: TVI came out of bankrupcy proceeding with a share price of .20 a few years ago. It went as high as 1.87 on the bid if memory serves me correctly. As the press releases failed to come true, the price began to drop and as the Prez and his personal plans were unveiled, the price dropped to the .07 level. It has recently come up to the .10x.13 level with some trading starting to show up again. I've held my shares because I think the product the company has(tents) merits interest from a DoD standpoint. They have withstood contract appeals from a competitor(DRASH) and I feel that bodes well for their product. I also didn't need the money so I let the shares ride. We'll see how all this turns out but do your own diligence and make your own decision about this stock. If you do, you'll be able to sleep nights knowing you made the call.

Sorry for rambling but it is early<G>....
