Hello Everyone,

Yes, I am still out here...faithfully holding onto my AQB shares. I have not posted in awhile as other issues have taken all my free time.
That is not to say I have not been charting the stock or watching the nutriceutical category grow.

I am glad to see that the "market" is warming to nutriceuticals as a group and in particular to AQB's product line. I work for a major supermarket chain in the Western U.S. and I have been watching the category develop.

Previously, my company only carried a "medicinal" style drink...Lippo from Japan...and it was kept in the vitamin section(it is still there). Recently, we began stocking new products. The standard "fat burner" drink and a 150 ml "energizer drink" (medicinal style). These are now stocked in the "Diet/Nutrition" area along with other diet supplements and the Weider strength/performance product line.

We also have begun stocking a flavored drink (4 pack similar in packaging to Snapple brands) that has "energy enhancing" herbs in it.

This shows me that the category is growing and retailers are struggling to determine a correct placement for the category in their stores. This is partly due to ignorance on their part and large "greenmail" payments made by the large soda vendors to keep "others out of their aisle."

We should see a change in the retailers behavior towards the nutricuetical category this year. It will all depend on how much $$ is thrown on advertising or at the retailers as slotting allowances.
I foresee a transition occurring soon where the category grows in strength & numbers in the sodas aisle and in the juice-beverage aisle alongside the Gatorade section.

All of this translates into greater consumer awareness & purchases and...higher stock prices...hurray!

And...all of this is happening at the correct seasonal time. We are now beginning to enter "the window" of excelerated seasonal sales.

Regards,
Doug
